BUNK HOUSE

The Bunk House is a charming 432 sq. ft. cottage that once housed the farm's hired hands. Now a romantic wine country retreat, the cottage's finishes evoke the 1940s, with robin's egg blue cabinets in the kitchen and tiled floors throughout. Accommodates two guests.

EDISON HOUSE

Once the building that distributed and stored power for the farm, the Edison House is a winsome studio cottage with a vaulted ceiling and exposed beams. Sleek furnishings complete this open, two-story 516 sq. ft. bungalow. Accommodates two guests.

CHICKEN COOP

Formerly the farm's chicken house, this delightful 576 sq. ft. cottage welcomes guests with its cupola, exposed beams, large windows, and recycled hardwood floors. A charming kitchenette is completed with beautiful cabinetry made from reclaimed wood. Accommodates two guests.

LOCUST SUITE

Named for the fragrant trees outside its front door, the Locust Suite is located in the east end of the Carriage House. The main living area of this 840 sq. ft. retreat retains its original paneling and is appointed with leather furnishings, slate floors with oriental rugs and mahogany finishes. Accommodates two guests.

HAYLOFT SUITE

The Hayloft is a stunning suite with a grand stairway leading to living areas with high ceilings and exposed beams. The 1,170 sq. ft. hideaway invites relaxation from an expansive deck overlooking the property’s creek and immaculate gardens. With floor to ceiling windows, guests can enjoy sweeping views of the Blue Mountains in the distance. In addition to a large private bedroom, the Hayloft is appointed with a Murphy bed; a curtain closes off the space to form a private sleeping area. The suite includes two private baths. Accommodates four guests.

The two-bedroom Carriage House is a three-story, 1,375 sq. ft. suite providing a beautiful living area for guests to enjoy while offering each the privacy of their own sitting area, bedroom and bathroom. Airy and spacious, the large main living area brings the garden inside with an abundance of natural light. A balcony from the second-floor bedroom offers a bird's eye view of the surrounding woods and Titus Creek. Accommodates four guests.

Surrounded by vineyards and gardens, this 4,376 sq. ft. homestead invites guests to relax, while enjoying all the modern amenities of a lavish wine country getaway. Extraordinary detail defines the Farmhouse, including a fully equipped gourmet kitchen and wine bar, comfortable living room, library and sunroom, large dining room, and a wrap-around deck. Five bedrooms, each with a private European-style bath, offer guests tranquil privacy after the day's festivities. Accommodates ten guests.
