The Inn at Abeja is an adult getaway located
on a century-old farmstead in the breathtaking foothills of the Blue Mountains.
We are just a short eight minute drive to downtown Walla Walla, Washington.
Once seriously dilapidated, all of the original farm buildings
have been carefully restored with an emphasis on craftsmanship and longevity.
Creative use of salvaged materials adds interest and sets the stage for
renewed purposed in these old buildings, which now house our winery and
our guests.
A stay here can return you to your day-to-day life rested
and rejuvenated. Each accommodation is completely self-contained with
comfortable living and sitting spaces both indoor and out. For those who
like to cook, most of our accommodations offer kitchens, which vary in
size.
The 35-acre property offers an abundance of privacy in a
peaceful, beautiful setting, which includes estate vineyards, gardens,
and natural areas. The views are mesmerizing with ever-changing light
that plays on the surrounding farmland and Blue Mountains. Dusk and early
morning are magical times of the day. Birds and wildlife are an entertaining
part of the landscape. Early morning walks are encouraged.
Our accommodations range from 400 to 1265 square feet and are designed
for one couple, with the exception of the Carriage House Suite, which has
two bedrooms and the Hayloft Suite, which has a queen-sized Murphy
bed. Either can be reserved for up to two couples.
Our goal is for you to enjoy this beautiful setting and
have your every experience with us become a lovely memory.

Weekends
Demand is at a peak during Spring Release Weekend and
our Abeja Autumn Celebration. To give all of our customers an equal chance
for the next year’s event, we book these reservations through a
drawing held the week after the current year’s event. A three night
minimum stay is required and includes Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights.
If you would like to stay at the Inn during one of these special times,
please contact us with your name prior to the current year’s event
to be included in the drawing for the following season.
Cancellation Policy
We know that unavoidable events can cause plans to
change. However, rebooking cancelled rooms can be difficult without sufficient
lead-time. Accordingly, we ask that you carefully read and agree to the
following:
Single room reservations will be charged 1 nights lodging
for cancellations that occur less than 30 days prior to arrival unless
they are rebooked.
Multiple room bookings (3 or more parties traveling together)
will be charged one nights lodging per room for cancellations less than
60 days prior to arrival unless they are rebooked.
All parties, single or multiple, will be charged for the
entire cost of their reserved accommodations for cancellations received
less than 7 days prior to arrival if the rooms cannot be rebooked.
We will make every effort to rebook rooms and have generally
been very successful if given sufficient lead-time.

Breakfast
We serve a gourmet breakfast featuring seasonal, locally
grown produce, farm fresh eggs, lovely baked goods, and fresh squeezed
orange juice. Seating for breakfast in the Small Barn is between 9AM and
9:30AM. With advanced notice, we can also deliver breakfast to your room.
Please let us know prior to your stay if you have special dietary requirements.
Lunch, Dinner & Gatherings
Your kitchen is equipped with dishes and utensils for
up to four people. If your group is larger than four, please visit with
our Innkeeper to see how we may accommodate you. In the event that we
can’t, we would be happy to make a reservation for you at one of
our excellent local restaurants. Registered guests only please.
Winery Visits for Inn Guests
We welcome guests to stop by the winery any time during
their stay for an informal visit.
Wine Tasting for Inn Guests
During normal check-in hours we offer each guest a
special taste of one of our wines, often from our winery library. Because
our wines are limited, the availability of a more in-depth tasting depends
on the timing of your stay. Tasting appointments are scheduled when we
have wine to pour and only for inn guests and members of our mailing list.
The winery is not open to the general public. Tasting appointments are
limited and fill quickly. We recommend that you inquire about a tasting
appointment in advance of your stay by contacting Molly Galt at molly@abeja.net,
or by calling (509)526-7400 ext. 111.
